A fence hides, it never deletes. An atom past your plan's limit stops being recalled and stops counting. It is kept whole, and it comes back in the same request the day the limit moves.

Before you pick a number.

What counts as one source?
On a paid plan a source is one connected tool, with every channel, repo, folder and space inside it. On Free a source is one unit: a single channel, repo or folder. Connecting a tool is free on every plan. What a plan buys is the right to keep a source reading.
What happens to the brain if I move down a plan?
Nothing is deleted. Atoms past the new limit are archived, they stop being recalled, and they come back whole in the same request if you move back up. One consequence is worth knowing before you plan around it: Free counts units, so a workspace with one Slack and thirty channels lands on a single channel, not on one Slack.
Do you charge for AI usage, tokens or agent runs?
No. There is no credit pool and no per-question quota. Ask and chat are never throttled and never quietly moved to a cheaper model. Desktop runs are unlimited on every plan including Free, because you bring your own Claude Code or Codex and your own key.
Why are atoms capped on Free and nowhere else?
Because that number moves when we improve, not when you do. A better extractor makes more atoms out of the same Slack, so charging per atom would bill you for our work. It stays on Free as a boundary and is uncapped everywhere else.
How do I pay, and what if I stop?
There is no trial, because Free does not expire and needs no card. Paddle is our merchant of record, so it handles the invoice, the tax and any refund. Annual plans carry a 30 day money back guarantee; monthly plans run to the end of the period you have paid for. Read the Refund Policy.
What about SSO, audit logs and an enterprise plan?
Not built, so not sold. Premium today buys unlimited sources and a brain with no horizon on it. If your security review needs more than that, we would rather hear what it needs than sell you a checkbox.

You do not have to pick a plan
to find out if this works.

Point us at one room. Two weeks of real sessions, and you can see which of the rules you are already maintaining ever got sent, which ones an answer named back, and which have done neither. Choose a fence after that.

Read-only until you say otherwise, and nothing goes live without your approval. Or just write to hello@gethrbr.com.

You will talk to the people building it, not to a sales team.
